2020 年11月 IAG JAPAN 37 CONSTANCEHSU has over 10 years of direct involvement in a broad set of gaming industry disciplines. She joined Mocha at its founding in 2003, starting out as a financial controller and rising quickly through management ranks to become chief administrative officer. There, she oversaw finance, treasury, audit, legal compliance, procurement and human resources. In 2008, she was named president of Mocha, becoming one of only a handful of women to rise to the executive ranks in Macau’s gaming industry. From December 2013 to January 2017, Constance served as the general manager of Altira Macau, Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited’s first casino in Macau. She is amember of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2011, she was honored with the award of Inspiration of the Year at the Women in Gaming Awards held in London. Constance graduated with a bachelor of arts degree from Seattle University, a master’s degree in business administration fromtheHong KongUniversity of Science and Technology and a doctorate degree in economics from Beijing Normal University. CONSTANCE HSU Director, Cheng Ying Group コンスタンス・スー 取締役, チェンイングループ 審査員の紹介 コンスタンス・スー氏 は、ゲーミング業界の統制に10年以上幅広く 直接的に関与してきた。 2003年の開業時からモカに関わっており、経理部長からスター トし、管理職を歴任し、速いスピードで最高総務責任者にまで昇り 詰めた。そこでは、ファイナンス、財務、監査、法務、資金調達そして 人事を監督した。 2008年にモカの社長に指名され、マカオのゲーミング業界で幹 部にまで昇進した一握りの女性の1人になった。 2013年12月から2017年1月までは、メルコリゾーツ＆エンター テインメント初のマカオのカジノ、アルティラ・マカオの総支配人を 務めた。 スー氏は米国公認会計士協会と香港公認会計士協会の会員 でもある。 2011年、ロンドンで開かれたゲーム業界で活躍する女性を表彰 するウーマン・イン・ゲーミング・アワードにおいて「インスピレーシ ョン・オブ・ザ・イヤー」を受賞した。 シアトル大学で文学士号、香港科技大学で経営学修士号、そし て北京師範大学で経済学博士号を取得した。
