AWS: How do you feel about those programs? Do you feel they are successful? EKR: Yes, they’re taking a while, but they’re coming along at least. Many of them will get started, which is what you really want to see. You’ll have some pain and the disruption while all of this is getting done, but at least there’s light at the end of the tunnel .
