While progress on that front continues moving at snail’s pace, Union Gaming’s Grant Govertsen expects approval sooner rather than later, describing the prospect of land-based casinos in India as “transformational.” Likewise, Govertsen names Delta Corp shares as one of the best “Buy” opportunities in gaming due to the potential future value of a land-based Goa IR development.
